To create a secure tablet kiosk which performs as an express check-in system using Nash management software for customers to be able to check their car in, and leave their keys quickly. The kiosk must be brandable for each automotive retailer to stay on brand.
The self-service tablet kiosk securely encloses a Linx tablet and Brother printer, with an integrated envelope holder and key drop box for customers to deposit their keys within. The front panel of the Integration Kiosk is fully brandable, creating a welcoming and engaging solution.
The ResultThe trial of self-service check-in kiosks has seen check-in times reduced to one minute, with improved customer service and reduced wait times. The self-service check-in platform has been a proven success throughout the trial. Trials have taken place at Vauxhall, Toyota, Nissan, Mercedes Benz and Fiat at locations across the UK.
