From the point of engagement with one of our team we will work with you to ensure your order is shipped on time.
There are currently many global supply chain issues, however with good planning we will work with you to help manage your project. To get an estimate on lead time please speak to one of our sales team to discuss your requirements.
Availability and Delivery
Once a specification has been agreed we will provide you with an estimate on the lead time.
Upon placing an order all of your requirements will be audited in full by our operations and design team and a target shipping date will be confirmed.
We will then provide regular updates whilst your order is in production, via our programme management . When we have a confirmed ship date we will contact you to confirm the shipping details are all correct and we will prepare the shipping paper work as required.
For in country orders we can provide a detailed shipping quote. For Export orders we can provide an estimate that will be confirmed before the order is due to ship. Shipping is charged at cost and payment may be required before the order is shipped.
For International imageHOLDERS ship globally and we understand the processes and requirements to ensure a smooth delivery. Weather delivering globally via our facilities in the UK, Canada and various global distributors, from a single unit to a global roll out we will support logistics as part of the project.
We will need some specific details to ensure that the relevant shipping and customs agencies have all of the required information.
This will include your VAT or Tax ID and in the EU your EORI number.
Your account manager and our customer service team will guide you through this process.
We will always pick the most suitable delivery option for the goods, choosing the most cost effective method to ensure the goods arrive on time and in the same condition they leave us.
