New Forest Water Park reduce customer wait times
The Client
The New Forest Water Park is a friendly, family business, set in 50 acres of beautiful New Forest countryside and lake. Running for more than 20 years and has become the New Forest’s favourite venue to learn and enjoy a host of WaterSports – including WakeBoarding, Kayaking, Stand-up Paddleboarding and the AquaPark assault course.
The Challenge
At busy peak periods sees up to 60 guests per hour enjoying the Wibit Aquapark assault course. There needed to be a solution to help combat customer wait time during peak periods, and the kiosk needed to securely enclose the tablet on a counter for self-service use by guests to check-in. The New Forest Water Park had chosen to use Apple iPads within their enclosures, requiring the enclosures to fit the iPad Minis and iPad 2, preferably the same unit to ensure continuity.
imageHOLDERS supplied the Expo 10 enclosures to fit three iPad 2 tablets and two iPad Minis. The iPads are securely counter mounted in the reception area and are used for customer registration and check in. The Expo is packed full of useful functions such as; bezel rotation from horizontal to vertical, hidden cables keep the tablet fully charged at all times, it can be securely fitted to a wall, counter or freestanding and is fully brandable.
