imageHOLDERS are market leaders within the tablet kiosk stand industry, and are the first to securely integrate the Amazon Dot within a kiosk.
imageHOLDERS have worked with Keytree previously to provide innovative digital signage and self-service kiosk solutions, and are continuing to support their development with the integration of the virtual assistant.
Keytree are an award winning technology consultancy and Amazon Partner. They have designed a new module to add to their award winning Matrix Booking suite, Matrix Assist. Matrix Assist enables users to make and manage resource bookings as well as run complex analytics using the Amazon Dot. The Amazon Dot utilises Alexa, Amazon’s virtual assistant, which is also available within the Amazon Echo.
The integration of the Amazon Dot increases the accessibility of the Matrix Booking system, ensuring those who are visually impaired or unable to utilise the kiosk keyboard, are able to maximise the system capabilities.

The Full Integration Kiosk is also able to securely enclose a variety of OEM devices, such as visitor pass printers, which work with the Matrix Booking system.
