Nicholas Dryden, CEO said: “The imageHOLDERS tablet kiosks are a great way to offer Fingopay embedded within an integrated solution, alongside a tablet or touch screen. Fingopay is an ideal payments solution for retailers – for both point-of-sale purchases, and as a digital loyalty solution which can identify repeat customers and apply loyalty rewards accordingly. We look forward to continuing our relationship with imageHOLDERS.”

Leon Paternoster, Digital Manager and Deputy Head of IT said: “imageHOLDERS were a delight to work with. They understood what we were trying to achieve and ensured that our requirements were met. Self-service has been available in libraries for nearly ten years, but they were larger units, which took up vast amounts of space. The tablet enclosures have been well received by users due to their easy interfaces, and take up very little space. They are space and cost-effective solutions, and we look forward to continuing to work with imageHOLDERS.”

They understood our vision and used their knowledge to assist us in creating the perfect solution for visitors to use. It’s been an exciting time in the lead up to the launch of The Tipsy Robot, Las Vegas and we’re pleased by the response we’ve received from visitors and press. The tablet kiosks provide the perfect solution for customers to order, personalise and pay for their drinks. We’re excited to see where the future of Tipsy Robot will lead.”

Jessica M. Bullerman, Sr. Manager said: “Our organization contacted imageHOLDERS to create a solution for our new visitor identity management project. The Shell+ 12 was exactly what we were looking for, or so we thought. New to this product, we only expressed what we thought we wanted as our solution. However Christian, did not stop there. imageHOLDERS designed a custom tablet mount solution with very little input from us required. Additionally, Christian reached out to another third party vendor to help create our final solution. Upon delivery of the final product, we discovered that it not only included mounting instructions and hardware for the tablet enclosure, but also specific instructions for our chosen card reader. Our experience with this organization and their employees was superb from beginning to end. I look forward to continuing to do business with imageHOLDERS for many years to come.”

So far, the feedback has been very positive and customers have enjoyed the modern look and feel. imageHOLDERS have been excellent at taking on board our design requests and implemented a very impressive terminal rollout plan.
