Crepeaffaire are a restaurant chain which opened in 2004 offering fresh crepes, they have now opened locations all across the UK. Customers are able to order at the counter and see their meal being freshly prepared in front of them.
The Challenge
Crepeaffaire were looking at investing in secure and modern POS iPad kiosks for staff to use. The kiosk faces members of staff who input the customer’s order and process payments on the iPad tablet. Crepeaffaire restaurants have a bright and modern feel, and the solution needed to embrace the aesthetics of the chains.
The Results
The Shell+ tablet enclosure is highly suited to working as a self-service iPad POS point for customers to use. The Shell+ iPad kiosk securely holds an iPad Pro 12.9” tablet and is used as a POS ordering system using Lightspeed software.
