The pandemic definitely made us stop and think about how much our hands touch surfaces in a public setting and, consequently, the demand for contactless devices soared. Enter the Touchless kiosk. Gesture control offers a completely frictionless alternative to touchscreen kiosks, minimising bacteria build up and the spread of viruses via surfaces. However, gesture control had already been building slowly in the tech space to be the next big thing for self-service, Covid-19 just propelled the solution into the limelight. Touchless technology goes far beyond optimum hygiene, it enhances user-experience, entertains and engages customers.

So, what is Gesture Control?
In this launch, our touchless self-service kiosk is powered by a hand tracking camera by Ultraleap. You can type, select, scroll and navigate a kiosk display using mid-air gestures and without having to touch the screen.
Our Touchless kiosk integrates multiple hardware and software, creating the ultimate one-stop solution for your business, no matter the industry or technology. In this solution, we designed the best possible enclosure for integrating the World Leading Hand-Tracking Technology by Ultraleap that makes an already seamless experience, frictionless too.

Our touchless kiosks gesture control technology uses an optical hand tracking module that captures the movement of user’s hands and fingers so they can interact naturally with the content.
The controller is capable of tracking hands within a 3D interactive zone that extends up to 75cm or more, extending from the device in a 170×170° typical field of view. The software can discern 27 distinct hand elements, including bones and joints, and track them even when they are obscured by other parts of the hands.
