imageHOLDERS Takes Centre Stage at NRF ’26 as the Accessibility Leaders in Self-Service Solutions.

imageHOLDERS is delighted to reunite with long-standing accessibility partners STORM and Vispero at this year’s event, where together we’ll be guiding delegates on how to keep self-service technology fully inclusive for every user. We’re also excited to collaborate with our esteemed partners at STAR, delivering hands-on demos across both booths throughout the show.

Design Led, Accessible Kiosks at NRF’26

Designing Out Digital Exclusion

Digital exclusion remains a widespread issue. Some users face physical barriers, while others struggle with technology confidence or device compatibility.

To counter this, imageHOLDERS designs modular kiosks that can include audio prompts, high-contrast displays, and Braille labelling. These features ensure that digital transformation remains inclusive, even as technology advances.

Compliance as a Standard of Good Kiosk Design

ADA compliance should not be viewed purely as a legal obligation. It is a marker of good design that benefits users and operators alike. In airports and retail settings, accessible kiosks reduce queues, speed up transactions, and create positive experiences.

Accessible systems also tend to be more scalable and adaptable, supporting both current and future technology requirements.

We collaborate with experts in the field including the RNIB – the Royal National Institute of Blind People, to ensure the evolution of our technology continues to provide inclusive, empowering user experiences for all.

We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to showcase imageHOLDERS products across two partner booths at NRF’26.

First, visit us at STORM Booth #2353, where our kiosks will highlight ADA-compliant self-service solutions. Designed to support users with visual impairments, reading difficulties, or limited fine motor skills, these kiosks make navigating menus and directories seamless for everyone. We’ll also be demonstrating the Vispero JAWS (Job Access With Speech) app, the world’s most popular screen reader. JAWS empowers users with vision loss to navigate the web, write documents, read emails, and create presentations using speech and Braille output – whether in the office, at home, or on a remote desktop.
