Algerie Poste to Trial imageHOLDERS’ New Self-Service Postal Kiosk and Parcel Dropbox Lite in Partnership with Norafric Technology and Reason Solutions

We are proud to announce a new partnership with Norafric Technology, Reason Solutions, 3S Pay, and Algerie Post for a pilot of our Postal Self-Service Kiosk and Dropbox Lite. This collaboration will support Algerie Post’s aim to begin their journey into digitalization and automation. The solution will enhance customer service, increase accessibility, and streamline transactions.

Enhancing Customer Experience with Cutting-Edge Technology

The rollout of self-service kiosks will allow customers to quickly and easily perform a variety of tasks, including:

  • Shipping services – to weigh and size parcels and letters, print shipping labels/stamps and pay by card or mobile money application
  • Drop off parcels and letters
  • Print receipts, confirmation and tracking details

By automating these routine transactions, the kiosks will reduce queues, improve service efficiency, and free up staff to assist customers with more complex needs. The kiosks will be equipped with intuitive touchscreens and designed with inclusivity at the forefront, ensuring ease of use for all customers, including those with accessibility requirements.
