imageHOLDERS Deliver Branded Expo 10 iPad Tablet Enclosures for University of Salford Library
The enclosures are located on pillars within the libraries book stock. The tablets present an online catalogue which allows students to locate resources and shelf numbers and find the books which are located near where the enclosures are stationed.
The required branding was created by the imageHOLDERS internal design team in collaboration with the Salford Library Team, with the decision to use key search terms and subject matters, to inspire users and to reinforce the University’s courses and subjects.
Jenny Daniel, Library Development Officer, University of Salford: “imageHOLDERS have been really helpful, the installation went without a hitch and the tablet enclosures look great. We particularly appreciated the creative realisation of imageHOLDERS of a relatively complex design brief. “
Peter Thompson, Director, imageHOLDERS: “It was a pleasure to work with Salford University Library. They had a lot of creative direction when it came to the branding, and this was a task our design team happily took on. The Expo 10 wall mounted iPad kiosk is a fantastic solution for Universities as the enclosure can be branded and different bezel shapes used to convey the purpose of the enclosure. The speech bubble bezel is one of our most popular and it’s engaging design helps to draw attention to the enclosure and encourage users to engage with the tablet.”
The Expo 10 tablet kiosk is a versatile wall mounted enclosure that can tilt or rotate, providing maximum flexibility and a user-friendly feel. Securely enclosing any iPad, Samsung Galaxy Tab, Google Nexus or Microsoft Surface range, including the iPad Air 2 and Google Nexus 9. imageHOLDERS can custom fit virtually any tablet up to 10.5 inches within this enclosure.
