Inclusive User Journeys for All

Our designs go beyond mandatory accessibility compliance. We work directly with the Royal National Institute for the Blind to develop truly accessible solutions for all. We give considerable thought as to how to not only meet the collective requirements but to also deliver an intuitive and accessible customer journey.

Accessible Integrations

Active labelling uses clear, interactive, and visually prominent labels on digital or physical interfaces to guide users and improve accessibility. These dynamic labels adapt to user actions and needs, enhancing overall usability.

Adding Braille to our self-service kiosks makes information accessible for people who are visually impaired or blind, enabling independent use. Combined with features like voice guidance or tactile feedback, Braille supports clear navigation and step-by-step interaction.

Including an audio jack allows users to plug in their own headphones for private audio guidance. This feature enhances accessibility by delivering spoken instructions directly to the user, ensuring a discreet and inclusive experience in public settings.
