Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover)

Part-Time/Full Time

Responsible for developing and implementing the overall marketing, content, SEO, PPC and event strategy for imageHOLDERS. Providing direction for the marketing team in line with market trends, sales and design output. The marketing strategy is designed to improve reach, quality and to inspire prospective clients to find and contact imageHOLDERS, market leaders within tablet kiosk technology.


To plan and implement a marketing strategy which will fulfill the enquiry, and qualification rate required to meet the company sales targets.

Marketing & Content Strategy

  • Develop and implement the marketing and content strategy in line with the iH business plan.
  • Incorporate channel marketing into the overall marketing strategy
  • Develop the iH brand and its reputation
  • Develop and manage social media presence, through campaigns, compelling content and engagement.
  • Seek promotional opportunities through new channels
  • Manage the iH marketing budget to ensure maximum value and ROI.
  • Review iH award opportunities
  • Consider advertising opportunities as part of the strategy on an ad hoc basis.

Content Creation

Manage and support the Digital Content Assistant with the development of creative and engaging content creation that follows SEO best practices.

Project Management

  • Research, plan and implement all aspects of a project and review its success to inform future decision making.
  • Bring in relevant internal team members when necessary to support the implementation of a project.
  • Research, review and appoint external agencies required for project completion where necessary.
  • Assess budget requirements and ensure projects stay within set budgets and timescales.


Ensure all content is supported through high quality design elements, photography and renders through internal team resources or external agencies.

Marketing Platforms

Review and manage the use of external marketing support platforms to ensure maximum value is being achieved:

  • Agility media database
  • Mailchimp
  • WordPress (CMS)
  • Sage (CRM)

External Relationship Management

Management working relationship with the following agencies and continue to review their value:

  • Website
  • SEO & PPC
  • Social Media
  • Website User Testing * Manage supplier and partnership relationships to maximise promotional opportunities.

Team Management

  • Ensure all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities and are meeting business expectations.
  • Support the professional development of team members.
  • Conduct 1:1’s with team members when required and perform an annual appraisal
  • Participate in management review team meetings.
  • Review team members work when necessary to provide support and feedback.

Event Management

  • Management and organisation of all aspects of company trade shows and events, UK and abroad.

Other Duties

From time to time all staff will be required to carry out tasks not detailed within their role.


Degree Level in Marketing, Communications PR, Advertising or equivalent CIM.

Minimum 5 years experience within a marketing role.

Junior Designer (Graduate Intern)

Job Description
imageHOLDERS is looking to add a bright and enthusiastic Junior Product and Visual Designer to the team.  This is a great opportunity for a graduate who is looking to gain experience in a professional business to business environment, great opportunities for progression. You should have a strong  understanding of 3 Dimensional design and the ability to create visuals, graphic design and visual language. You’ll look to excel at your core responsibilities while taking on new projects that move imageHOLDERS (and your career!) forward.

On any given day, you’ll be doing one or all of these things:

  • Creation of presentational product visuals for Web and client presentations
  • Responsible for taking new products and product variants to create beautiful renders and in-situ environmental images that tell stories about the product.
  • You will need an understanding of how and why customers use our products with the ability to understand use cases and scenarios.
  • You will be required to create these assets and publish them to the company website and create presentations and web pages with the marketing team.
  • A competent user of Solidworks and Keyshot or similar rendering packages
  • The role requires confidence in understanding how to visually present 3D product in 2D.
  • From time to time all staff will be required to carry out tasks not detailed within their role.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Fluency in English is a must. Ability to communicate in other languages is a plus.
  • Rendering in KeyShot to a high level.
  • Adobe Suite experience – particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
  • An understanding of websites and graphic design
  • SolidWorks skills
  • Draughting drawing checking
  • Previous experience would be an advantage
  • Flexible and responsible candidate
  • Able to efficiently manage and prioritize projects concurrently.
  • Comfortable with giving and receiving feedback
  • Ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs
  • You work well with little direction but know when to ask for help and keep your team informed

Sales Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager/ Business Development Manager

We sell into multiple sectors, delivering our solutions across the globe with partners and resellers. We are looking to recruit high calibre and experienced account managers and business development professionals.

Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented, exceptionally organised and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices and B2B sales. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and exceed sales targets.

imageHOLDERS is a flat management, collaborative structure. Flexible home working, or office based pending location is available. The role offers uncapped staged commision scheme and attractive share option scheme.

Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. The Account Manager will also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Marketing, Design and Operations departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel to visit customers or attend exhibitions.


  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profit
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our kiosk solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
