Junior Designer (Graduate Intern)

Job Description
imageHOLDERS is looking to add a bright and enthusiastic Junior Product and Visual Designer to the team.  This is a great opportunity for a graduate who is looking to gain experience in a professional business to business environment, great opportunities for progression. You should have a strong  understanding of 3 Dimensional design and the ability to create visuals, graphic design and visual language. You’ll look to excel at your core responsibilities while taking on new projects that move imageHOLDERS (and your career!) forward.

On any given day, you’ll be doing one or all of these things:

  • Creation of presentational product visuals for Web and client presentations
  • Responsible for taking new products and product variants to create beautiful renders and in-situ environmental images that tell stories about the product.
  • You will need an understanding of how and why customers use our products with the ability to understand use cases and scenarios.
  • You will be required to create these assets and publish them to the company website and create presentations and web pages with the marketing team.
  • A competent user of Solidworks and Keyshot or similar rendering packages
  • The role requires confidence in understanding how to visually present 3D product in 2D.
  • From time to time all staff will be required to carry out tasks not detailed within their role.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Fluency in English is a must. Ability to communicate in other languages is a plus.
  • Rendering in KeyShot to a high level.
  • Adobe Suite experience – particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
  • An understanding of websites and graphic design
  • SolidWorks skills
  • Draughting drawing checking
  • Previous experience would be an advantage
  • Flexible and responsible candidate
  • Able to efficiently manage and prioritize projects concurrently.
  • Comfortable with giving and receiving feedback
  • Ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs
  • You work well with little direction but know when to ask for help and keep your team informed

Business Administrator
Job Description

imageHOLDERS is a fast growing design and manufacturing SME working in a global market within the kiosk and enclosure sector. We sell into multiple sectors, delivering our solutions across the globe with partners and resellers. We are looking to recruit high calibre and experienced business administrative professionals.

Following rapid growth we are now looking to appoint a Business Administrator who will act as the link between sales, design and production.

This new role will support the sales team with all sales administration and coordinate with finance, marketing, design and production to ensure that all orders are produced and fulfilled on time and to the highest standards. The role will involve daily collaboration with all areas of the company and with the CEO.

As we are a young and growing company, a motivated, proactive, self-managing personality is essential along with top quality administration and organisational skills. Ideally, we are looking for someone with at least 5 years’ relevant experience. However we are looking for the right person with the desire and skills to excel in this role. You have to be bright, have a willingness to work hard and a desire to be part of the core team who build the business to realise its great potential.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and prioritising all orders, liaising with clients and working with Design and Production teams to ensure all orders are fulfilled on time and to the highest standard.
  • Coordination of incoming enquiries
  • Administration of all sales orders and invoicing
  • Supporting all sales staff to maintain pipeline reports and other administration
  • Working with the marketing team to help coordinate lead generation activities such as Google PPC
  • Working with production to assist sales in tracking international deliveries
  • Assist in procurement during busy periods
  • Upload sales orders and process through to delivery.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Top quality administrative and organisational skills
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and be self-directed
  • A team player with a high level of dedication
  • Good IT skills

Sales Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager/ Business Development Manager

Job Description

We sell into multiple sectors, delivering our solutions across the globe with partners and resellers. We are looking to recruit high calibre and experienced account managers and business development professionals.

Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented, exceptionally organised and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices and B2B sales. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and exceed sales targets.

imageHOLDERS is a flat management, collaborative structure. Flexible home working, or office based pending location is available. The role offers uncapped staged commision scheme and attractive share option scheme.

Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. The Account Manager will also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Marketing, Design and Operations departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel to visit customers or attend exhibitions.

Responsibilities

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profit
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our kiosk solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Distribution

Analytics

  • Support the Marketing Manager in the planning and attendance at events and exhibitions
  • Support the sales team with following up with new leads

Internal Team

Work closely with all internal teams and colleagues.

  • Sales team – customer contact list management, recent enquiries and trends, recent sales
  • Senior management – content direction, new products, business ethos

Meetings

  • Participate in meetings and office discussions.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Ideally just completed a degree in Marketing/ PR/ Communications/ Advertising/ Journalism/Creative Writing

Senior Assembly Technician

Job Description

ImageHOLDERS is looking to add an enthusiastic Senior Assembly Technician to the team, due to internal promotion. The main responsibilities of this role are in the effective and efficient undertaking of daily production duties producing imageHOLDERS orders and maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. You will be expected to work collaboratively and follow and improve company processes.

Responsibilities:

Production

  • Develop a detailed understanding of the product range
  • Understand the drawings, descriptions and terminology used
  • Learn to use all of the machinery, jigs and tools safely and effectively
  • Use the company’s IT systems including email, production files, Gmail Suite, MRP (Sage 200)
  • Maintain a clean and organised working environment
  • Liaise with courier companies and understand the various dispatch procedures
  • Maintain stock quantities, locations and quality
  • Be able to follow drawings and detailed assembly instructions
  • Look at problems with an innovative forward thinking problem solving mindset
  • Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement principles

Off-Site Installations

Available for occasional off-site installations and maintenance in the UK and overseas, including taking responsibility for setting up trade exhibitions (as part of a team).

Order Processing

In time you will be expected to be able to manage imageHOLDER’s works orders from start to completion. Some of the processes are as follows:

  • Printing orders and drawings
  • Complete picking lists
  • Process all standard manufacturing operations
  • Complete quality control checks on all components and assemblies produced
  • Create and complete packaging
  • Correctly create labels
  • Obtain quotes for shipping of goods
  • Complete shipping of goods
  • Dispatch goods where necessary

Other Duties

  • From time to time all staff will be required to carry out tasks not detailed within their role.
  • Your role will develop over time and your job may change and develop as the company changes and as is required. Full training will be given in all areas.
