Paddy Power deploy an imageHOLDERS digital kiosk to enhance their customer engagement

The Client

Paddy Power has deployed a Custom-Build imageHOLDERS 32” touchscreen Kiosk Solution to enhance their customer engagement.

Today, they have 600 shops in the UK & Ireland and they have always been proactive in ensuring in-store betting continues to thrive, alongside their online presence.

With many other physical bookmakers’ doors being forced to close, Paddy Power has been using the latest technology to bridge the gap between online and in-store betting.

The Challenge

Paddy Power needed a kiosk solution that could enable them to fill the gap between in store and online betting. 

With online betting customers having access to a number of digital tools, they required a solution that allowed them to enclose a screen, so that in-store customers could benefit from online tools whilst travelling to a store. 

Along with the core racing information, the kiosk gives visibility to information segmented by price, stats, markets, tipsters and visualised form. 

The Solution

Paddy Power installed a custom imageHOLDERS kiosk solution, tailor-made to their specific business requirements. 

The final solution was a sleek and compact stand, at a comfortable height for standing patrons, with an Elo 32” screen. The solution boasts modular architecture, allowing for the integration of further devices and functionality in the future, such as a receipt printer.

Additionally, a concept that includes a writing shelf in this custom design is currently under review.
