imageHOLDERS Come to the Rescue in the Olympic Park

The Client
Greenwich Leisure Limited (GLL) manage the London Aquatic Centre in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The London Aquatics Centre is a fantastic building, with a large and highly engaged membership, receiving an outstanding number of users in the first 10 months of opening. It was one of the main venues for the London 2012 olympics and paralympics, and opened for the public in March 2014.

The Challenge
GLL had previously installed several computer tablets in enclosures to offer a faster, smoother registration process to visitors. Sadly the original product acquired became a target for theft and suffered a high level of damage. Rather than abandon the policy they looked for a more robust kiosk.
The brief was that new unit would have to be brandable, look and feel intuitive, stylish and modern, but be supremely tough and secure, eliminating existing problems with theft and damage.
