What are the displays made out of?
Each display system is manufactured from anodised aluminium with a satin silver finish. Custom colors are available with a minimum order quantity.

What is your lead time?
Most small orders can be turned around in 48 hours. However custom projects and installations may take up to 4-6 weeks. For information about custom projects please click here.

Can I order from overseas?
We ship worldwide by air or sea to meet your deadline and budget. You can use one of our trusted shippers or designate your own.

How tall and wide can a system be?
Systems can be made up to 4 metres high. They link together infinitely creating a series of apertures in which you can display graphics, AV, lighting, shelving or literature. Covering all your marketing needs.

How long will a system take to assemble?
Our systems are easy to build and assemble, average assembly is 10 minutes. Full instructions are provided.

What tools will I need?
Tool list: Philips screwdriver 2 sizes- allen key flat screwdriver.

Are spare parts available?
Our system is designed with ease of use and the environment in mind. Every single part can be replaced or upgraded. This gives the system a long life. All systems are delivered with a full bill of materials, so in the event of the loss of a component its easy to contact customer service and get your replacement fast.

Can my display system be repaired?
Our system is designed with ease of use and the environment in mind. Every single part can be replaced or upgraded. This gives the system a long life. All systems are delivered with a full bill of materials, so in the event of the loss of a component its easy to contact customer service and get your replacement fast. ImageHolders also sell colour matched touch up aerosol cans. In the event that your system gets marked or scratched just order an aerosol product code 200_0075.

What type of graphics can I insert into the display?
Standing or wall displays: Graphics can be printed on several substrates up to 2mm/.08" in thickness. For thinner substrates we offer a retaining strip that can be applied to the edges and hold the graphics in place. Thicker flexible substrates, such as foamex or PVC board, do not require the retaining strip to be held in place. Our ImageLight panels can also be inserted to give a glowing look to your graphics. At 1mm thick they can be placed back to back in double sided displays.

Our hanging banners take a a thin vinyl or fabric print with a loop sewn or heated into the material.

How are they packed?
Each unit is supplied flat packed. Individuals supports are wrapped plasticpolythene tube and packed in reusable double wall card boxes . Each box is supplied with two free reusable Velcro® straps for easy reuse without the need for tape. This protects your investment, makes them easy to store and reduces waste whilst protecting your investment. .

Can I order a custom finish colour?
